Before operating the Lorry crane, it is necessary to read the operation manual of the truck-mounted crane carefully, and strictly abide by the operation process of the truck-mounted crane. The operation of the truck-mounted crane mainly includes two steps: pre-operation and on-site operation.

1. Precautions before operation

1. Before using the Lorry crane, it is necessary to ensure that the outrigger cylinder is fully opened and the outrigger is locked, the outrigger cylinder is on the ground and the car cannot be suspended, and all the wheels of the car must be on the ground;

2. Before connecting the power take-off, check whether the joystick is in the neutral position. If the handle is not in the neutral position, make it back to the neutral position;

3. Check whether the shut-off valve on the hydraulic oil tank is open, if not, be sure to open it, and check the amount of oil in the tank, the oil level must not be higher or lower than the maximum or minimum mark;

4. Ensure that the car has enough fuel to avoid power interruption during the work process, and at the same time check whether the battery pack is normal to ensure that it can be started at any time in the event of power interruption;

5. Before using the crane, check whether the safety device of the crane can work normally;

6. Check the entire power pipeline, and there should be no oil leakage or pressure loss.

2. Operation steps

1. Observe the operating environment of the Lorry crane, select a suitable angle for the lifting operation, ensure that there is enough space to fully open the left and right outriggers, and park the truck at a suitable position away from the cargo according to the weight of the cargo;

2. Start the car, hang up the power take-off, and make the power take-off in working state. The specific operation is to step on the clutch, put the shift handle in the neutral position, start the car, and observe the air pressure value. When it reaches 0.5-.06Mpa, the Pull out the manual air valve of the force device and slowly release the clutch, at this time the clutch is in working state;

3. The crane can only be used to operate the outriggers and booms after the inspection before the operation of the Lorry crane is completed;

4. Pull the selector valve to the outrigger position on the sign, operate the outrigger, open the movable outrigger locking device, and extend the left and right horizontal outriggers and the left and right vertical outriggers according to the corresponding signs of the operating lever to ensure the outriggers. fully extended to support the crane;

5. After the crane is supported by the outrigger cylinder, turn the selector valve to the crane position on the sign, and carry out the hoisting operation through the crane.
