Project Overview: refueling for aviation base 3 units of patrol helicopters
In January 2021, Hubei Chengli company received an inquiry from the Maldives Aviation Administration about consulting aircraft refueling trucks. The company’s leaders attached great importance to it and spent two days preparing two schemes for the customer. Finally, the customer chose the Isuzu aircraft fuel truck.
Isuzu 8m3 aircraft fuel truck is refitted from the Qingling Isuzu hazardous chassis. This chassis is equipped with a 6kh1cn5hs engine, 6-speed transmission, and 900R20 steel tire. With ABS, front-wheel, speed limit, front exhaust pipe, speed limit 79km / h.
Isuzu aircraft fuel truck body configuration:
Tank body: the tank body is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy 5083, with lightweight, large volume, corrosion resistance, and no pollution, so as to ensure the quality of oil products.
Refueling pump: aluminum alloy mechanical seal oil pump, reel refueling flow of 80 or 300L / min, pipeline pumping flow of 700L / min, and working pressure of 0.25MPa.
Flowmeter: grade 0.2 accuracy, diameter 50, waist wheel flow.
Filter separator: the rated flow is 400L / min, the rated working pressure is 1.0MPa, and the maximum allowable pressure difference is 0.15Mpa, meeting the requirements of the third edition of API 1581.
Gravity refueling reel: automatic reset reel. The diameter of the refueling hose is 25 or 38mm and the length is 15m.
Liquid level gauge: stainless steel floating ball in the tank and 10 inches aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank can clearly observe the current liquid volume in the tank.
Operating system: centralized control in an independent control room. The instrument indication includes a pump in vacuum gauge, pump out pressure gauge, oil pump tachometer, filter differential pressure gauge, etc.
Valve opening and closing operation include the main power switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, oil pump speed regulating knob, refueling valve, circulating filter valve, sampling valve, subsea valve control combination switch, etc.
