Project Overview: Mainly used for road cleaning, collection, transportation and processing.
On January 11, 2022, Chengli Company received a call from Mr. Tom from Zambia. It is understood that Mr. Tom is the manager of the purchasing department of a company specializing in sanitation and environmental protection. His daily work is mainly responsible for the collection, classification, transportation and treatment of municipal road garbage.
After learning about Mr. Tom’s job requirements, the company leaders immediately made a plan for Mr. Tom and recommended an Isuzu NQR garbage compactor truck and an Isuzu FTR sewage suction truck for him.
Sewage suction trucks are mainly used to collect and transfer sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution.
After comparing several models, Mr. Tom finally chose these two trucks after seeing Chengli’s plan.
In early February 2022, the Isuzu NQR garbage compactor truck and Isuzu FTR sewage suction truck were successfully completed.
The next day, Mr. Tom and the company’s technical staff conducted an online inspection and acceptance through an online video. During the inspection and acceptance process, he was very satisfied with the two vehicles and then ordered ships to be sent to Zambia.
Isuzu NQR Garbage Compactor Truck Chassis configuration:
It is produced with a 700P Isuzu National VI chassis, the chassis is equipped with an Isuzu 3X wide-body cab, and the Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 engine Euro VI emits 190 horsepower;
Isuzu MLD six-speed transmission, with air conditioning, steering assist, central control lock, electric glass, multi-function steering wheel, 4 tons of front axle, 7 tons of rear axle with ABS, air brake, a cab can be turned over.
Body configuration:
The Ship-shaped bottom plate and the compression mechanism are located at the rear of the box. Push shovel unloading, two 240L and one 660L plastic buckets can be hung at the tail.
CAN bus electronic control system, Hefei Changyuan hydraulic double pump, Hunan Honghui multi-way valve, Jiashan power take-off, flexible and convenient operation.
Isuzu FTR Sewage Suction Truck Chassis Configuration:
It is produced on the Isuzu Euro VI FTR chassis. The Isuzu National VI 205 horsepower chassis corresponds to the 4HK1-TC60 engine and matches the Isuzu MLD six-speed transmission.
With air conditioning, steering assist, central control lock, electric glass, multi-function steering wheel, multi-function LCD instrument, with ABS, air brake. The front axle is 6.3 tons and the rear axle is 13 tons. The cab is reversible.
Body configuration:
The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel with a thickness of 6mm, and the front and rear heads are pressed by a hydraulic expansion machine.
