The ISUZU M100 van box truck uses a mid-body three-seater cab with a width of 1880mm, which fills the gap in Isuzu’s mid-body light truck. The double V-shaped net is the latest design style of Isuzu products, unified globally.

ISUZU M100 van box truck is equipped with an Isuzu 4KH1CN6LB engine with a maximum power of 120 horsepower and a peak torque of 290 Nm. It meets Euro VI emission standards through the EGR+SCR+DOC+DPF+ASC post-processing technology route. It is matched with Isuzu MSB series 5-speed gearbox.
The engine compartment uses the Isuzu Thermal Management System (HMS), which includes flow field management, temperature field management and thermal balance management.
The aim is to help reduce the temperature of various parts by maximizing the use of the airflow blown into the engine room, so as to achieve a higher service life.
There are three dimensions of cargo compartment width/height, namely 2050mm, 2150mm and 2300mm. The actual size of the cargo compartment of the car is 4130x2150x2150mm and the volume is about 19.1 cubic meters. The volume is larger than before, and the options are wider.
M100 adopts QSTE700tm high-strength lightweight frame, which improves mechanical performance by 47% and reduces weight by 25% compared with the previous generation product. With few leaf springs and other detailed optimizations, the weight of the chassis is controlled within 2.3 tons and the load-carrying capacity is improved.
Newly designed cab with full LCD instrument
When designing the center console, Isuzu took both the convenience of the driver and the comfort of the co-pilot as the main concept. Therefore, it can be seen that the center console is slightly tilted toward the driver, and the co-pilot “stole” a portion of the space forward.
Of course, the design of the center console is very stylish, and the workmanship and materials are excellent, which is in line with my personal expectations for joint venture products.
Full LCD instrument panel design, one screen to grasp the status of the whole vehicle; high resolution, safer driving.
The 10-inch central control screen supports multimedia, Bluetooth phone, mobile phone interconnection, reversing video, voice navigation, APP installation and other functions. The low configuration uses a 7-inch screen.
The electric air conditioner adopts screen display, supports 6-block air volume adjustment, and 10-block defrost air volume adjustment. The refrigeration effect still continues the advantages of Japanese cars, and it will feel freezing if you ride in the car for a long time.
In addition to the above functions, M100 also has power windows, remote control key + central control lock, dual USB charging ports, air brake, exhaust brake, ABS, etc., and optional reversing radar, tire pressure monitoring, car networking, driving Recorder, etc.
There are more than 20 storage spaces, and the design is very clever, which can keep the car tidy at all times.
Safety improvement is also the highlight of the M100. The key parts of the cab frame have replaced higher-strength materials; the key parts have added protective reinforcement beams to meet the European stage 3 collision standards.
In addition, there are many ergonomic optimizations in the cab of the ISUZU M100 van box truck, including lowering the height of the shift ball head; forwarding the handbrake position; increasing the distance between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and reducing the drop.
