2. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drinking. Smoking, eating, drinking, chatting, making phone calls and listening to headphones are not allowed while driving the vehicle.

3. When driving on rainy, snowy, muddy and residual oil roads, pay attention to anti-skid, the speed should not exceed 30 kilometers per hour, and no neutral sliding is allowed;
