What are the main body parts of the sewage removal truck? Let’s take a look with me next.
- Suction and discharge system: After the sealing test for 20min under the pressure of 15kPa (absolute pressure), the pressure value is less than or equal to 30kPa (absolute pressure).
- Power take-off transmission system: the hydraulic oil pump, vacuum pump or other vacuum pumping device should be equipped with a clutch device, the gear shifting is light, the positioning is reliable, and there should be no automatic disengagement or gear sticking phenomenon;
The speed ratio should ensure that the engine is in the economic speed range when the hydraulic oil pump, vacuum pump or other vacuum pumping device is at the rated speed.
- Hydraulic system: when unloading, the lifting and lowering of the sewage suction tank should be stable, and there should be no movement, collision and jamming.
When the sewage suction tank is overloaded by 10% and the lifting angle is 20°, after staying for 5 minutes, the self-lowering amount of the sewage suction tank is less than or equal to 2.5
- Tank body: a wave-proof plate and a device that can indicate the liquid level in the tank should be installed inside; when a stable pressure test is performed under a pressure of 80kPa for 5 minutes, there should be no seepage or obvious deformation.
- Safety device: When the liquid level of the sewage suction tank reaches the specified height, the alarm device should be able to alarm in time.
A sewage removal truck that uses a vacuum pump as the vacuum source of the sewage suction system should be equipped with an antifouling safety device to ensure that the sewage does not enter the suction vacuum device.
